SOURCING
How can a sourcing agent help with quality control?
We have established relationships with Chinese & Vietnamese factories whom we trust and who have produced quality results. Not only do we negotiate for the best price, we recommend factories who are most qualified for manufacturing your particular product and meeting your specific needs.
With a full team in China and Vietnam, our staff can visit the factory at any stage during production and will do an in-person inspection of the final product prior to final payment. Not only does this keep factories “on their toes”, these face to face interactions strengthen our relationships and add to our competitive advantage.
SOURCING PROCESS
Factory Sourcing & In-House Factory Audit

Sourcing for suitable factory based on products required by buyer and an In-House factory will be done.
Product Development
-
Drawing or Sketching of product for buyer confirmation to ensure all details are correct before samples are made. Pictures of product provided by buyer with required amendments can also be done.
Pricing & Quotations

Ensure that prices quoted are within our buyer's acceptance price point. Few factory quotations can be provided for buyer selection as well.
Sampling

Upon confirmation of product details and Pricing, samples will be proceeded by factory for buyer confirmation. Upon completion of samples, sample also requires buyer sign off for approval.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
IFA inspection services are catered to your specific product requirements and budget. We have a vast experiences in inspecting all furniture categories from indoor furniture of dining, living, bedroom and upholstery to outdoor furniture.
PRODUCT INSPECTION PROCESS
Sample Review Report

A sample review report will be provided to buyer upon completion of the samples for buyer reference of the sample details.
Pre-Production Sample Report

A pre-production sample (PPS) will also be made based on the signed off samples by buyer. Mass production will use the PPS as the standard to follow.
Inline Report
-
Inline Reports can also be done upon buyer's requirements (50%, 80% or 100% of products). Inline reports cover the various stages of production from wood cutting, product assembly etc etc.
Final Quality Inspection Report

Based on AQL standard, products will be inspected before shipment to ensure that the products do not suffer from any defects.

Providing buyer with a Summary of Price List for all products according to buyer request.
Carton Markings

Provide Carton Markings to buyer for confirmation of details to be printed on carton box before shipment.
Assembly Instruction (AI)

AI will also be provided to buyer for confirmation based on products and requirement.
Customer Feedback / Complaint

Any feedback for improvement of products, or complains received will be handled accordingly by us to provide solutions.
