Sample Product Development List

• After Client confirmed the selected items, need to prepare sample list to confirm all the details. Example : Configuration, Cover, Color and Qtys.

• Sample List will forward to the relevant factory and relevant QC Team Members.

• New Sample.

• Follow-up the new sample ready date and informed relevant QC to review the new samples before packed.

• Pre-Production Sample Review.

• Follow-up the PPS ready date and informed relevant QC review the PPS before running mass production.

• Inline Inspection.

• During production time will have Inline Inspection for the frames, construction, foams, covers and etc.

• Final Inspection (QCR).

• Follow AQL Standard to run the inspection.

• Improvement Report.

• If any defect need to be carry out and resolved.
