The Inspection Process

  • Sourcing 
    (Provide quotation to buyer for selection)

  • Factory Audit

  • From Drawings or photos provided, we will develop the samples for the buyer to inspect and confirm if any changes are required before official orders are raised.

  • A sample will be made based on the changes that buyer requested previously from the PD sample. This PPS requires buyer to sign off before running mass production.

  • Mass Production are run based on the signed off PPS.

  • Inline inspections are done by our QC team during the various phases of production.

  • Any issues (small or big) that are spotted during inline inspection will be raised to factory immediately to make amendments,

  • Final Product Inspection

  • Ensure all products are in good condition and well packed

  • QC team will supervise container
    loading
